The Role:

As our Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organic social media strategy across Treadway-owned brands and client events. Your mission will be to build vibrant and engaged online communities for each of our events that embody the spirit of each brand and resonate with a variety of audiences. From crafting captivating content to fostering meaningful interactions, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to connect with different communities and elevate our events' online presence.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive organic social media strategies that align with each event's mission and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated 360º campaigns across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
  • Generate compelling and tailored content, including blog posts, visuals, videos, and stories, that captivate our audience and amplify our brand message.
  • Engage with our community members by responding to comments, answering questions, and facilitating authentic conversations that reflect each brand voice per event.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams, markets, and departments to enhance our social media strategies and initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with partners, customers, industry professionals, and influencers to expand our network and drive brand advocacy.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
  • Set clear KPIs for social media strategy and continuously optimize performance for maximum impact.
  • Propose and manage the budget for social media activities, making strategic decisions to maximize ROI.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media communities for brands.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for storytelling and attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and emerging trends.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate captivating content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with video editing and graphic design software is a plus.


Work Environment:


  • 80% Remote / 20% Onsite at Events in Oregon & Washington (Must be local)
  • Must be able to thrive in loud noise levels and busy environments.
  • May work in drastic temperature climates during our events.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to events during evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet deadlines and ensure successful execution.
