Treasury Analyst
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support the company’s treasury operations, cash management, liquidity planning, and banking activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for cash forecasting, monitoring daily cash positions, supporting funding activities, and ensuring compliance with treasury policies and controls.
This role requires stronganalytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaborativelywith finance, accounting, tax, and banking partners.
PrimaryResponsibilities:
Cash& Liquidity Management
- Monitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts and entities
- Prepare weekly, monthly or other short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
- Ensure adequate liquidity to support operational and strategic requirements
- Optimize cash utilization and working capital efficiency
Banking Operations
- Manage electronic banking platforms and payment processes
- Coordinate bank account openings, closings, and KYC documentation
- Maintain relationships with banking partners
- Support payment approvals and treasury settlements
- Support intercompany loans and funding arrangements
TreasuryOperations and Reporting
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end treasury reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Support ERP and banking system integration projects
- Assist with FX hedging and risk mitigation activities
- Support compliance with treasury policies and internal controls
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or cash management
- Experience working in a multinational company is preferred
- Knowledge of treasury products, FX, and cash forecasting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across regions and functions.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus due to frequent interaction with global teams.
