Treasury Analyst II

Job Summary

The Equipment Leasing Manager is responsible for global leasing activities in the Equipment Leasing group within Corporate Treasury. This position will support critical procedures and practices, including reviewing lease application requests, performing lease analyses, obtaining approvals, and reviewing documentation. The position will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data tracked in several leasing and accounting systems. The Equipment Leasing Manager will strive to meet Corporate Treasury’s core objectives of maintaining strong controls and increasing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect required lease documentation from requestors, obtain lease approvals from Senior Management.
  • Ensure that all lease information is tracked accurately and completely.
  • Work with lessors for management of new and existing leases. Provide prompt customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Ensure adherence to all controls and procedures.
  • Process all lease modifications and renewals, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and appropriate follow through.
  • Obtain and analyze quotes from multiple lessors to identify most efficient option.
  • Perform lease vs. buy analysis to identify optimal financing solution.
  • Provides insurance certification, validates invoice sales and property tax, and tracks and monitors lease transactions.
  • Helps to serve internal customers with questions related to the general servicing of their lease.
  • Assists in all areas of the equipment lease documentation, booking, invoicing, payment processing, ACH and wires, customer service, and all other facets of the transaction from the inception to the conclusion.
  • Develop relationships with new leasing companies

Job Requirements

Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, and experience managing leasing or accounting systems.
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability and effective time management skills.
  • Above average communications skills with emphasis on listening, problem-solving, and negotiations.

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of experience in a finance-related area
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in a customer service-oriented business environment.
  • Previous experience with equipment finance and equipment lease documentation
