## Job Summary
We are seeking an **experienced Treasury Analyst / Senior Treasury Analyst** with **5–8 years of hands-on expertise** in corporate treasury, banking operations, and financial analysis. The incumbent will independently manage the full spectrum of treasury functions — from WCDL and SBLC operations to cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliation statements (BRS), audit support, and Management Information Systems (MIS) — in a high-velocity e-commerce or retail environment. At the Senior Analyst level, the role demands strategic ownership of treasury reporting, process optimization, banking relationship management, and cross-functional leadership, with the ability to drive treasury efficiency at scale.
## Responsibilities
- **Banking operations oversight**: Independently oversee and execute daily banking transactions, including vendor payments, marketplace settlements, statutory dues, employee reimbursements, and interbank fund movements across multiple accounts and banking relationships.
- **WCDL lifecycle management**: Own the complete WCDL cycle, including drawdown requests, utilization tracking, repayment scheduling, interest computation and servicing, limit renewals, and bank documentation; ensure zero defaults or missed obligations.
- **SBLC end-to-end coordination**: Manage the issuance, renewal, amendment, and retirement of Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC); maintain a complete document register and coordinate proactively with banks on compliance and expiry timelines.
- **Bank reconciliation — BRS**: Own daily and monthly BRS preparation across all bank accounts; establish systematic resolution workflows for open items; drive a zero-outstanding policy within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
- **Cash flow forecasting & fund planning**: Build and maintain short-term (weekly) and medium-term (monthly/quarterly) cash flow models; monitor daily liquidity position, anticipate funding gaps, and recommend fund deployment or borrowing actions.
- **Accounting & Tally ERP**: Ensure accurate and timely passing of all treasury-related entries, including journal vouchers, payment vouchers, contra entries, and period-end adjustments in Tally ERP with full supporting documentation.
- **MIS & treasury analytics**: Design, publish, and continuously improve weekly and monthly treasury MIS covering fund positions, payment summaries, WCDL utilization, interest cost trends, and variance-to-plan analysis for Finance leadership.
- **Audit management**: Lead end-to-end preparation of treasury audit schedules and supporting evidence for internal, statutory, and tax audits; proactively close prior-period observations and drive zero-finding outcomes.
- **Compliance & risk controls**: Maintain strict adherence to internal treasury policies, banking covenants, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, and statutory payment timelines; flag compliance risks proactively to the Finance Head.
- **Banking & stakeholder management**: Serve as the primary treasury interface with banks for limit utilizations, product queries, dispute resolution, and documentation; coordinate seamlessly with Accounts Payable (AP), tax, legal, and marketplace finance teams.
- **Process improvement**: Identify inefficiencies in treasury workflows, propose automation or process re-engineering initiatives, and lead implementation to reduce manual effort, turnaround time (TAT), and reconciliation errors.
## Qualifications
- **Educational Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; MBA Finance / Chartered Accountant (CA) Inter / Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) Inter preferred.
