What are we looking for?
The Treasury and Financial Planning Manager guarantees the company's liquidity, projects financial scenarios, and ensures compliance with regulatory ratios. They manage interest rate and ALM risk, optimize the economic efficiency of financing, and maintain relationships with banks and investors. Additionally, they lead the forecast, explain deviations, define action plans, and seek the continuous improvement of profitability, establishing key financial KPIs.

Ensure funding sources and manage relationships with banks and investors.

Balance the asset/liability sheet while guaranteeing liquidity risk management.

Optimize financing costs and manage interest rate risk.

Develop forecast scenarios and the financial trajectory of the strategic plan.

Define and monitor financial KPIs.

Analyze deviations and lead action plans.

Ensure regulatory compliance (BdE, ECB, and Group regulations).

Guarantee reporting in a timely and proper manner according to established deadlines.

We would love to get to know you if you have:
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting. A Master's in Finance, Auditing, or Risk is valued.

Experience: 8 years in treasury, finance, management control, or financial accounting. (Banking Sector)

Languages: Advanced English; French is valued.

Technical knowledge: Treasury, accounting, ALM, liquidity risk, financial regulations, financial planning, and regulatory ratio management.
