Treasury Management Administrator

The Treasury Management Administrator serves a critical role in supporting the Bank's Treasury Management products, commercial digital banking services, and operational processes. This position is responsible for coordinating product implementation, onboarding, maintenance, and service support while ensuring a seamless experience for commercial customers and internal business partners. Working closely with Treasury Management Sales, Commercial Lenders, Deposit Operations, and other departments, the role helps deliver efficient, secure, and compliant treasury solutions that support customer success and the Bank's strategic objectives.

The position provides operational expertise for products offered. In addition to customer and internal support, the Treasury Management Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, supporting risk management and internal controls, monitoring compliance with applicable regulations and industry rules, and contributing to departmental initiatives and process improvements. Success in this role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business, finance, or a related field and three or more years of relevant banking, Treasury Management, Deposit Operations, or customer service experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Working knowledge of Treasury Management products, commercial digital banking, payment systems, and related operational and regulatory requirements is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with professionalism, discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Demonstrated analytical, research, troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and close attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments, meet deadlines, maintain accurate records, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, collaborate across departments, and appropriately handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency with standard business technology and the ability to learn and support Treasury Management systems and applications.
