First State Bank Treasury Management Officer
Under the direction of the EVP-Chief Banking Officer, the Treasury Management Officer is responsible for the development of new treasury management business, expanding existing business relationships, and servicing the Bank’s treasury management clients. Analyze client’s current treasury management structure and pricing and develop customized solutions to meet the client’s needs. Prepares and presents treasury management solutions, presentations, and proposals (for both internal and external audiences), illustrating customize solutions, industry trends, as well as features and benefits of the recommended product offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year College; or 7-10 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Work related experience should consist of a financial institution operations, deposit and ancillary product sales, treasury management experience, or customer service background.
- Strong organizational, analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, and other Bank operational policies.
- Actively involved in the community and demonstrated ability to leverage connections and networking to build market presence for the bank.
- Advanced experience, knowledge and training in terminology, products and services relating to commercial account customers, specifically related to Treasury Management present and in the future.
- Proficient with technology as it relates to daily and work processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. At a minimum, the incumbent must be able effectively use Microsoft Suite and bank core processing system.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties.
