Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Treasury Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily cash management and treasury functions, ensuring efficient group finance and trade operations.
• Coordinate cash flow positioning, loan drawdowns, and foreign exchange exposure hedging.
• Analyze and forecast cash collections and disbursements, facilitating month-end treasury reporting.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimizing working capital and reducing funding costs.
• Evaluate the cost of capital and funding structures to ensure optimal financing across the region.
• Analyze economic trends, providing financial outlook reports to support funding and capital planning decisions.
• Execute hedging strategies in line with the risk management policy to minimize currency exposure.
• Develop and implement global cash management policies that drive efficiency in the finance process.
• Review and enhance banking services, monitoring performance for potential savings or improved services.
• Manage banking relationships and oversee account administration, including openings and closures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant treasury experience, particularly in regional or global contexts.
• CPA or CFA designation is preferred.
• Proficient in financial and accounting principles, with strong critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with foreign currency exposure analysis and hedging strategies is advantageous.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Previous experience in a banking environment is an added benefit.
• Capability to work effectively in a multi-cultural team setting.
