Treasury Manager Global Treasury Operations
You prepare, assess, and process cash flow transactions, manage entity funding and intercompany settlements, oversee cash operations and reconciliations, support audits and compliance, analyze cash positions, provide digital asset funding, and ensure liquidity. You operate stablecoin treasury processes, support OTC trading, manage crypto-asset payments, administer bank and exchange accounts, oversee access controls, coordinate bank data, and support treasury technology and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, assess, and process cash flow transactions
- Manage entity funding, capital calls, loans, grants, and intercompany settlements
- Oversee daily cash handling and bank account reconciliation
- Support internal and external audits
- Coordinate FBAR compliance
- Monitor restricted accounts and letters of credit
- Prepare and analyze cash positions
- Provide digital asset funding
- Ensure liquidity for wallet and funding obligations
- Complete stablecoin treasury operations
- Support OTC trading
- Manage accounts payable and corporate payments using crypto assets
- Manage global bank and exchange accounts
- Maintain KYC records and signatory updates
- Manage user access for bank portals and treasury management systems
- Review bank fees and yields
- Manage bank relationships and letter of credit processing
- Troubleshoot treasury system issues through JIRA
- Coordinate bank feeds and API or PIX credentials
- Maintain the centralized bank data file
- Support GTreasury implementation and automation initiatives
Requirements
- 7+ years of corporate treasury operations experience
- Experience in a high-growth startup or multinational environment
- Expertise in domestic payments
- Expertise in cross-border payments
- Expertise in foreign exchange payments
- Expertise in digital asset payments
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced Google Sheets skills
- Experience with treasury management systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
