Treasury Manager
Who will you be working with?
Our best-in-class Finance team combines in-depth expertise in project cost structures, budget governance, and financial compliance frameworks with specialized financial analytics, audit, and risk management skills. Here you’ll be responsible for supporting regional cash management, liquidity operations, and banking activities across the CHINA, JAPAN, THAILAND, TAIWAN, HONGKONG region. This role works closely with the Regional Treasury Head, regional finance teams, and external banking partners to maintain optimal cash positioning, execute banking transactions, and support treasury initiatives that enable business growth and project funding in the mentioned regions.

What do we want to know about you?
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting ,CFA , MBA or related field
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or Corporate Finance
- Strong experience with cash management operations, preferably in a multi-country environment
- Solid understanding of banking products, cash pooling, liquidity management, and FX concepts
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and banking platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Japanese is a plus)
- Strong execution focus and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with problem solving capabilities
- Proactive and collaborative approach to working across regional teams
- Strong integrity and commitment to process compliance and internal controls
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and treasury concepts
What will your typical day look like?
Cash Management & Liquidity
- Prepare cash positioning and forecasting for China, Hongkong, Taiwan, Japan & Thailand entities
- Monitor cash flows and identify opportunities to optimize liquidity across the region
- Support cash concentration, pooling, and intercompany funding activities
- Assist with short-term investments and working capital management
- Maintain appropriate operating cash buffers in coordination with Regional Treasury Manager
- Support the administration and ongoing management of the local Travel & Expense (T&E) program
Banking & Transaction Processing
- Support the timely and accurate execution of local transactions, including HR, tax, and customs related payments
- Administer banking platforms and maintain banking relationships for regional entities
- Serve as the first point of contact for operational banking matters across region
- Support bank account maintenance, documentation, and KYC compliance
- Monitor banking fees and service levels in coordination with Regional Treasury Head
Foreign Exchange & Treasury Operations
- Assist with management and execution of foreign exchange trades
- Monitor FX exposures and prepare analysis on currency impacts
- Support treasury process automation and banking platform enhancements
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies and internal controls
Regional Finance & Project Support
- Work closely with collections, accounts payable, and regional finance teams to optimize cash flows
- Support project funding requirements and capital movements
- Assist with month-end reconciliation and reporting processes
- Provide cash insights and analysis to internal stakeholders
Analysis & Reporting
- Support Treasury quarter-end activities and reporting requirements across the region
- Prepare cash flow reports and treasury status updates for management review
- Conduct analysis on cash trends, working capital optimization, and efficiency opportunities
- Support audit requests and treasury-related inquiries
- Identify and escalate control gaps or process improvements
