Position Overview
The Treasury Payments Specialist provides operational and customer support for Treasury Solutions payment products, including merchant services and corporate cards. This position works closely with customers, Treasury Sales Officers, Operations, and branch personnel to support the implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and servicing of treasury payment products.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist with the onboarding, setup, maintenance, and servicing of merchant services and corporate cards
- Support customer implementation activities, including gathering required documentation and coordinating account setup with internal departments.
- Provide support for terminal installation and setup on an as-needed basis.
- Research and resolve payment-related issues, customer requests, and service inquiries in a timely manner.
- Process routine maintenance requests and updates for treasury-related products and services.
- Assist with monthly residual income reports for bank profitability and merchant activity optimization
- Participate in customer training sessions and provide support materials to assist clients in utilizing Merchant services and corporate cards
- Travel to client sites as needed
- Other duties as assigned
