Our client, a well-established bank is looking for a seasoned Treasury Product Manager to join their team.
Job Description
- Manage and develop the Bank's Treasury product suite, including FX, deposits, money market, interest rate, structured treasury, and trade-related solutions.
- Drive product strategy, development, pricing, and lifecycle management to support business growth and client needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product enhancements and new business opportunities.
- Partner with Treasury Sales, Corporate Banking, Financial Markets, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver innovative treasury solutions.
- Lead product launches, implementation, and system enhancements, ensuring timely execution and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare product proposals, business cases, marketing materials, and sales tools to support client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Monitor product performance, profitability, and customer feedback, recommending enhancements where appropriate.
- Ensure treasury products comply with MAS regulations, internal policies, and governance requirements.
- Provide product training and support to Relationship Managers and Treasury Sales teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in Treasury Product Management, Financial Markets, Treasury Sales, or Corporate Banking within a bank.
- Strong knowledge of treasury products, including FX, money markets, deposits, interest rate products, structured solutions, and cash management.
- Good understanding of financial markets, product governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work across multiple business functions.
- Professional qualifications such as ACI, CFA, or ACT are advantageous.
