About the Role
Scouthappy Partner is seeking a Treasury Sales Manager for a fintech that uses technology, including stablecoins, to facilitate business foreign exchange transactions and provide hedging solutions for currency risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage businesses with recurring foreign exchange needs, including multinationals, fintechs, and corporate customers.
• Build a qualified customer pipeline through existing relationships, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Assess customers’ currency flows and recommend suitable hedging products.
• Explain financial products and guide prospective customers through onboarding and usage.
• Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and identify new market opportunities.
• Identify potential market makers and liquidity partners.
• Build a strong customer pipeline and convert early customers with genuine FX hedging needs.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in treasury sales, FX sales, or a similar commercial role, preferably in banking or financial markets.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian FX market and the needs of frequent FX customers.
• Existing network of relevant customers or market participants.
• Practical knowledge of FX hedging instruments, including forwards, futures, and NDFs.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and financial product presentation skills.
• Initiative, curiosity, and ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.

Additional Advantage

• Experience selling hedging products or working with corporate treasury teams.
• Interest in stablecoins.
