Position Summary

The Treasury Services Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Credit Union’s Treasury Management and cash management functions. This role is responsible for driving deposit growth, optimizing liquidity, enhancing business member relationships, and ensuring efficient treasury operations.

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team while partnering closely with Lending, Branch Operations, Finance, and Information Systems to deliver innovative treasury solutions that support organizational goals. This position oversees cash management operations, product performance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field required
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation strongly preferred

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of Treasury Management, cash management, financial analysis, or related experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience

Additional Requirements

  • Must be bondable
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain attention to detail
  • Advanced technology aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
