Treasury Trade Finance (Contract)

Our client is a leading global agribusiness with a strong presence across the food, feed, fibre, and commodity trading value chain.

Your new role

• Managing and administering trade finance instruments including Letters of Credit (LCs),Bank Guarantees (BGs), and Documentary Collections.
• Supporting the allocation and utilization of banking facilities and credit limits across business units.
• Liaising with banking partners on credit facilities, account maintenance, operational matters, KYC requirements, and issue resolution.
• Managing treasury-related activities through Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and-banking platforms.
• Participating in treasury transformation initiatives, process improvement projects, system enhancements, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of treasury and trade finance activities.
• Supporting operational governance and ensuring compliance with internal controls and banking requirements.

What you need

• Atleast 4 years of hands-on experience in Treasury Operations or Trade Finance within a commodity trading house, multinational corporation, or financial institution.
• Strong understanding of trade finance instruments including Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Documentary Collections, and Incoterms.
• Experience managing banking relationships, credit facilities, and operational banking matters.
• Exposure to Treasury Management Systems (TMS), e-banking platforms, and SAP Treasury& Risk Management (TRM) modules will be highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
