Your Future, as a Customer Sales Coordinator at mydentist
You’ll be joining us at our Gosforth practcie, Units 1-3 Kenton Park Shopping Centre, Kenton Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 4RU. . As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey.
The working pattern for this role will be 40 Hours across 6 days
9am-6pm 1 hour lunch x 5 days

What you'll be doing
- Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events
- Monitor and report on marketing performance
- Support patients through their treatment journey
- Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales
- Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results
- Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers
About you
- Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers
- Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities
- Confidence using all social platforms
- Great at building relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
- Possesses initiative and can prioritise own workload
- Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results
