Treatment Coordinator
Position Summary: Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch (YBGR) Treatment Coordinators provide vital case management and oversee the coordination of mental health services for the youth in our care. Serving as the primary liaison among families, youth, and internal and external treatment teams, Treatment Coordinators play a central role in ensuring the success of each child’s treatment journey. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, aligned with YBGR’s core values, and demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to serving as a positive role model for youth and their families.
Starting Salary Range: $19.21 - $21.62 per hour. Salary reflects steps 1-5 of an 11-step pay schedule. The starting salary will be determined based on the applicant’s education and relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage youth intake by developing Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs), completing assessments (CRAFFT, ACES), and maintaining self-regulation plans.
- Address youth needs, including contact lists, treatment passes, parent communication, and coordinating essential services (e.g., medical, dental, personal care).
- Oversee case management tasks such as facilitating Multidisciplinary Treatment Plan Reviews (MTPRs), completing documentation, and acting as liaison with legal entities, probation, and courts.
- Initiate discharge planning upon admission and develop aftercare plans with referrals and provider appointments.
- Contribute to organizational goals through active participation in Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) initiatives and team collaboration.
- Uphold YBGR’s mission and values, adhere to policies and safety protocols, and engage in professional development and supervision meetings.
- Foster cultural sensitivity in service delivery and constructively support colleagues and stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned may include tasks essential to ensuring the success of youth and the organization.
