Triage Care Manager

• Answering calls and triaging patients “members” by listening to what the behavioral/psychological problems are and directing them to either a provider “doctor” or a local facility to seek additional assistance (average calls per day, 12- 25+)

• Must be LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
• Strong Typing skills (proveit required)
• Experience triaging patient calls

Hours:

M-F 8:15am to 5:30pm
