Designs and delivers hair and scalp health training programs for staff, ensuring they understand treatments and products while coaching consultants to improve client consultations and sales.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Design, develop, and deliver hair training programmes for new and existing employees.
Educate staff on hair anatomy, hair growth cycles, scalp types / concerns, and common causes of hair loss.
Train employees on scalp analysis techniques and interpretation of diagnostic findings.
Ensure staff understand DrHair's treatment protocols, products, and technologies.
Update training materials based on the latest research, industry developments, and company protocols.
Conduct competency assessments and role play sessions upon completion of training.
Monitor and mentor consultants and therapists to improve consultation skills and client communication.
Conduct refresher training and identify knowledge gaps.
Provide individual coaching to improve sales confidence while maintaining ethical consultation practices.
Lead and deliver scalp health workshop sessions with a sales-driven approach, inspire confidence in DrHair products and encourage purchase.
Share professional knowledge on hair loss, scalp conditions, treatment options, and preventive hair care using DrHair products.
Engage with workshop participants in an enthusiastic and interactive way, answer participants' questions and provide professional guidance while building trust and confidence in DrHair's expertise.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.
Represent our brand with pride as a trusted Ambassador of the Company.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Manager / Company.
Who we are looking for:
Possess Trichology certification.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in trichology or scalp treatment
Previous experience in training, coaching, or clinical education is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of hair biology, scalp disorders, and non-surgical hair restoration treatments.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Confident in conducting both individual and group training sessions.
Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
Proficient in preparing training materials and reports.
