Summary:
Help create a fun and memorable Halloween experience for our guests! Trick-or-Treat Trail Attendants are responsible for greeting families, handing out candy along the Boo Fest Trick-or-Treat Trail, and ensuring each guest receives a friendly and engaging experience. Attendants should be outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with children and families. This role requires standing for extended periods, maintaining a positive attitude, following safety guidelines, and helping keep candy stations stocked and organized throughout the event.
Boo Fest will run Saturday's & Sundays from 12pm - 5pm, starting Saturday, September 26th.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in the set-up, restocking, and breakdown of candy stations along the designated routes.
- Collect entry tickets from guests (provided to families at Front Gate).
- Assignment of "Station" provided by trail Supervisor.
- Wear and maintain a uniform for the duration of trail hours.
- Inspect the trail prior to the operating time for safety and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the trail throughout operating hours.
- Energetically interact with guests for the duration of the shift.
- Memorize any necessary and/or assigned dialogue, safety spiels, emergency exit plans, safety operating procedures, and park guidelines.
- Comply with all company and safety guidelines as listed in the employee handbook.
- Other duties as requested.
- Follow all delegated tasks assigned by Entertainment Supervisor or as stated in the Entertainment Standard Operating Procedures
What You Will Need
- Must be at least 14 years old.
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Outgoing and team-oriented.
- Must be able to work 12- 5pm on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) starting 9/26-10/25
- Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time
- Must be willing and able to interact with guests on an individual level as well as large groups of all ages.
- Comply with all company and safety guidelines as listed in the employee handbook.
- Other duties as requested.
