Trilingual Management Accountant - Brazil

Job Title: Management Accountant, LATAM (Trilingual: English, Spanish, and Portuguese)

The Role

Hudson Talent Solutions is looking for a Management Accountant to join the Finance team supporting the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division of Hudson Global, Inc. across Latin America. This role requires full fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

You will be responsible for high quality management reporting, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing financial statements across multiple entities and jurisdictions. A big part of this role is owning the relationship with the third party accounting and payroll providers that support our Latin American entities: understanding exactly what they do, making sure their work matches our records, and helping us identify what we can bring in house over time. You will be a trusted business partner, focused on cost control, informed decision making, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Actually Do

•Own the day to day relationship with our third party accounting, payroll, and banking providers across Latin America, becoming the go to person for everything they deliver

•Review and reconcile the work coming from our providers, making sure it matches our records and is accurate and on time

•Learn our providers' processes end to end and help identify which activities can be brought in house

•Support month end close for our Latin American entities, including maintaining the general ledger and preparing financial statements across multiple entities and jurisdictions

•Answer accounts payable questions, review payroll files, and track client payments

•Produce high quality management reporting and support budgeting and forecasting

•Partner with the business on cost control and decision making, and bring a continuous improvement mindset to every process

What You Bring

•MUST: Full professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese

•Up to 5 years of experience in accounting, management accounting, or financial reporting

•Experience working with or managing third party accounting, payroll, or outsourced finance providers

•Experience with month end close, general ledger, and multi entity reporting

•Experience across multiple Latin American jurisdictions is a plus

•Experience in a professional services, staffing, or RPO environment is a plus
