This leadership role focuses on driving operational efficiency, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with both TRS and customer requirements.

✅Qualifications
- Extensive travel required
- Experience as a Service Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager in truck, trailer, or transport refrigeration maintenance
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs, work in shop environments, and adapt to varying conditions
🛠️Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Moderate noise levels; occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
- Frequent sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting
- Ability to drive long distances and travel by air frequently
💼Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Operations Managers across multiple locations
- Oversee shop performance, P&L, and cost efficiency
- Conduct bi-annual shop audits and track compliance with company and customer standards
- Ensure technician training and certification requirements are met
- Support new shop start-ups, from hiring to full operational readiness
- Approve expense reports, vacation schedules, and disciplinary actions
- Serve as backup for Operations Managers when needed
- Drive improvements in safety, customer satisfaction, and operational processes
