Truck Dispatcher

Role: Remote bilingual English/Spanish truck dispatcher for ISACAR LOGISTICS GROUP LLC, a US flatbed owner-operator company.

Responsibilities:
- Book loads daily on US load boards (DAT and Truckstop) for flatbed owner-operators.
- Coordinate with brokers and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Dispatch flatbed loads across US markets, track shipments, and resolve issues in transit.
- Negotiate rates with brokers to maximize revenue per load.
- Prepare and manage factoring documentation.
- Communicate clearly in English and Spanish with drivers, brokers, and vendors.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of truck dispatch experience, specifically working with US load boards (DAT and Truckstop) in the United States.
- Based in Latin America, including Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, or Peru.
- English and Spanish: native or fully fluent.
- Experience dispatching flatbed loads.
- Experience in broker and carrier coordination.
- Knowledge of factoring is a plus.

Schedule:
- Full-time position.
- Remote work.
- 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, based on Orlando, Florida time.
