Key Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch trucks for timely pickups and deliveries. Communicate with drivers to monitor loads and update shipment statuses. Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery. Maintain accurate records of transportation activities. Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and customers regarding load details. Resolve operational issues and provide real-time updates. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines. Utilize dispatching software and internal systems effectively. Requirements Recent Graduate (Any Stream). Excellent communication skills in English. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
