Truck Dispatcher

We're Hiring: Logistics Dispatcher Assistant MUST BE IN DUBAI!

We are looking for a motivated and professional candidate with excellent English communication skills and a clear, neutral accent to join our team.

What you'll do:

• Search and book freight loads for our truck drivers across the USA.
• Communicate with brokers and customers.
• Coordinate shipments and support daily logistics operations.
• Build strong relationships with partners and help maximize drivers' earnings.

Work Schedule:

• 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday to Friday). And for winter time is 4:00 pm - 2:00 AM
• Please note that transportation to and from the office is the employee's responsibility.

Requirements:

• Fluent English with excellent speaking skills and little to no noticeable accent.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Responsible, organized, and eager to learn.
