Hello, My name is Gary, I am the owner of Olympia Transportation and we are based in Omaha, NE. We have been in business for nearly 20 years! We are all reefer trailers hauling primarily produce and protein. Our main areas are Omaha and Kansas City outbound to CA, AZ, NV, WA, OR, WI, IL, and TX. We currently have a few trucks open or will be coming open very soon. No truck looks alike, they all have different paint schemes. You can reserve your truck for a month with the wired down payment. All drivers earn $1.30/mile on ALL miles plus FSC on loaded miles (national average/potential change every Tuesday), Stop pay of $75 per stop, 3000+ miles per week! Payroll is processed twice weekly!

Bonuses:

• $1000 sign on bonus after the first 30 days if you reach 11,000 miles!!
• Monthly productivity bonuses as well as 6-month bonus if average 11k or more miles monthly
• Referral Bonuses / Safety Bonuses for clean DOT roadside inspections

Down payments come out $250/wkly until paid in full. Olympia plates come out of settlements $250/settlement until fully paid off, insurance is $150-$180/wk. These are direct passes though that we have set up for drivers. Drivers are NOT charged for ELDs, IFTA, trailer rental fees, reefer fuel, or trailer maintenance.

Requirements

Lease/Purchase Independent Contractor
3 plus years driving experience along with 2+ years OTR/Reefer experience
Must meet all DOT Requirements and Qualifications
Must have current valid CDL and Medical Card
No SAP Program
Must understand trip planning
Mountain Experience
Willing to drive California and the NW
Understand ELD Logs
No major tickets/Violations in the last 3 years
No major accidents in the 3 years
No more than 3 moving violations in any type of vehicle in the last 3 years
600 miles per day, and run all available hours
Communicate with dispatchers/Maintenance/Safety
Hard worker, dedicated to succeed
