Truck Driver (Hazlehurst)

Overview
Jones Lumber Company is looking for a dependable and experienced truck driver to haul logs from various logging jobs to our Lumber Yards and Mills. Driver will be paid on a percentage of what the truck grosses.

Qualifications

Must have a current CDL-A
Must be at least 23 years old
Must have at least 2 years driving experience and have been driving within the last 3 years (or) 6 months driving experience with completion of an accredited Commercial Driving School course.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 3 years
DUI, DWI, and other more severe offenses are considered after 5 years from the date of conviction

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs
Ability to exert muscle force when strapping or tarping loads
