· Enter and maintain trucks, drivers, and assignments within company dispatch and telematics systems.
· Maintain the dispatch list by making routine additions, removals, reassignments, and start-time changes.
· Stagger truck start times based on job needs and direction from the Trucking Manager.
· Coordinate tracking setup and help resolve app, login, and tracking issues before trucks begin work.
· Communicate with rental companies and drivers when trucks are missing information or are not properly tracked.

· Assist with coordinating water trucks, vans, fuel trucks, equipment hauling, trailer moves, and plant moves.
· Communicate late schedule changes and other important job information to rental companies and drivers.
· Provide rotating early-morning and evening support for urgent trucking, tracking, and job-information issues.
· Escalate rate questions, major scheduling decisions, truck cuts, disputes, and unusual circumstances to the Trucking Manager.

· Comfortable using computers, mobile applications, email, and shared tracking systems.
· Ability to work independently after training while recognizing when an issue requires management involvement.
· Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
· Availability for rotating early-morning and evening support.
Preferred Skills
· Previous experience in trucking, dispatch, logistics, construction, or a related field.
· Familiarity with telematics, fleet-management, or dispatch software.
