Star Truss is looking for a Truss Manufacturing Assembler to join our team.
We Offer Three Shift Options!
We offer flexible scheduling with three shift options to fit your lifestyle!
- 1st Shift: Four 10-hour days | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Four 10-hour days | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
- Weekend Shift: Three 12-hour days | Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

The ideal candidate is a reliable team player who is detail oriented and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. We are looking for laborers who are ready to jump into daily truss manufacturing processes including pulling and loading lumber, working with hand and power tools, laying out and adjoining trusses and loading out build floor and roof trusses.
Requirements
- Ability to accurately perform work based on provided instructions
- Demonstrated success working safely and following all PPE/OSHA guidelines
- Preparing trusses for shipment in outdoor environment.
- Reliable transportation
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. team lift
- Good attitude, social skills, work ethic and team spirit
- Ability to pass physical capacity testing, drug testing and E-Verify
Preferred Experience:
- Experience using a tape measure, hand tools and power tools
- Truss building experience
