Trust Data Analyst - initial 2-3 month contract
Summary
Analyze payments data and maintain compliance records for managed funds, supporting client managers with trustee obligations and regulatory reporting.
Salary: $40-45 per hour + super dependant on experience
The Managed Funds Data Analysis contrctor is responsible for providing support to the Client Management team and deliver superior client service, ensuring all trustee obligations/operational activities are met in a timely manner
This is to work on a specific remediation program, focused on communicating with service providers, collecting and analysing payments data, and reporting to the regulator.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in data analysis ideally from within banking. Strong Excel skills, and some reconciliations would be great. Any Managed Funds experience will also be handy
Initial 2-3 month contract with possibilty to extend
Key tasks and outputs
Assisting the Client Managers to manage all trusts activities and administer trustee back-office matters in accordance with policies and procedure
Manage payments with internal and external custodians
Assist with maintenance of data and data entry in compliance management system
Administer trustee back-office activities in accordance with policies and procedures with daily and Ad-hoc tasks.
Maintain key scheme documents records including filing and archiving in accordance with Policy requirements.
Assist in managing finance matters; including debtors, expenses and billing across the client management team including the collection and collation of data required
Monitor and complete all compliance requirements for allocated clients/funds
Experience requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Financial Services or related experience
Advanced Excel skills
Previous Administration, reconciltions or Back Office roles
Reasonable knowledge of corporate trust and fund structures
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail
