Trust Designer
You’ll own large 0-to-1 projects across iOS Android and Web that make customers feel confident keeping their money secure. You’ll design security controls account protection identity and support experiences while balancing friction compliance and fraud prevention. You’ll shape intuitive experiences from complex logic build cohesive web and mobile systems collaborate with engineers and prototype ideas in code.
Responsibilities
- Shape the security layer and make protection feel like care
- Champion a high bar for design craft and quality
- Own the Web part of the Design System and keep it cohesive with Mobile
- Partner with frontend and backend engineers
- Collaborate across the broader design organization toward a long-term product vision
- Contribute to the internal design tool library and prototype ideas in code
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Design experience ideally in fintech or another regulated trust-sensitive domain
- Portfolio demonstrating expert-level interaction design and systems thinking
- Experience with multi-platform design systems
- Ability to make creative decisions quickly cohesively and at scale
- Resourcefulness and pragmatism
- Fluency with AI and current design tooling
- Comfort operating on a small nimble team and wearing many hats
- Curiosity about money technology and the future
