Trust Fund Systems Manager (Regional Trust Fund Administrator)

Corrections professionals who foster a humane and secure environment and ensure public safety by preparing individuals for successful reentry into our communities.

Serves as the Regional Trust Fund Administrator for a region within the Bureau of Prisons (BOP). Providence guidance to institution and regional staff on the proper use and implementation of the TRUBLE trouble ticket tracking system to ensure accurate and timely resolution of institution and region Trust Fund System issues. Serves as the TRUACCESS "Role Manager" for approval of access of all regional staff to various TRUNET systems. Identifies managerial data and documentation requirements and formulates planning and reporting processes to provide both broad and specific financial, operational, and intelligence data which will facilitate achievement of program goals and objectives. Provides technical guidance and advice on Trust Fund issues, including use of the Trust Fund appropriation, fiscal and operational policies and procedures, and TRUNET functionality and operations to the Regional Director, Chief Executive officers and their department heads.
