TS Consulting Manager

As Consulting Manager for the Americas, you will be a strategic partner to clients needing support to manage and improve their talent acquisition program for contingent labor. This role drives the design, development, and execution of contingent labor program strategy, with a focus on long-term success and scalability. Working with our global client you will execute on projects outlined in their strategic roadmap, collaborate with MSP and MV providers, and support the competitiveness and compliance of the client’s program in a regional context.


Job Description
Key Responsibilities\:
Strategic Program Development
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess current contingent workforce practices and provide regional inputs on the strategic roadmap.
• Advise on best-in-class contingent workforce models, including direct sourcing, vendor management systems (VMS), Master Vendor and managed service provider (MSP) partnerships.
• Support the development and maintenance of program governance frameworks to drive consistency, compliance, and risk mitigation across all contingent labor engagements.

Client and MSP and MV partners Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for regional client leadership and internal teams, fostering strong relationships and alignment on program objectives.
• Guide program MSP and MV partners in understanding and achieving roadmap goals, including process improvements, performance metrics, and compliance standards.
• Facilitate regular strategic planning sessions with clients and MSP and MV partners.

Collaboration with Program Analytics
• Work closely with business analysts assigned supporting assigned clients to proactively monitor program and MSP and MV partners performance data, driving continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
• Leverage data-driven analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, supporting clients in navigating change and optimizing their contingent workforce strategy.
• Ensure business analysts are equipped with clear objectives and guidance related to assigned clients to deliver actionable insights.
Compliance and Risk Management
• Assess client adherence to global labor laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices to mitigate risks such as worker misclassification and co-employment. Support the development and enforcement of policies and procedures to maintain compliance and data integrity.
• Provide expertise in employment legislation, contracting, and MSP and MV partners performance management.

Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and scalability across the contingent workforce lifecycle.
• Recommend solutions (e.g., VMS, global payroll platforms, collaboration tools) to streamline onboarding, payments, and compliance tracking).
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive actionable insights to optimize program outcomes.

Data Analysis and Data-Driven Decision Making
• Oversee the delivery of executive-level reports on program performance, MSP and MV partners effectiveness, and workforce utilization.
• Guide Business analyst in the creation and delivery of reports, ensuring alignment with your client’s strategic objectives needs.
• Leverage data analytics to forecast hiring trends, identify skill gaps, and inform strategic workforce planning.

Change Management and Communication
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and policies.
• Communicate program updates and procedural changes to all stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
