Job description
Location: Lebanon, IN
Duration: 12+ months with a long-term contract
Description:
This contractor will be an upstream scientist who can provide technical support for development, implementation, and tech transfer for a compliant gene therapy drug substance. This candidate will have experience in upstream bioprocessing and will support the TSMS tech transfer activities. Their day to day will include documentation, ORP deliverables, and frontline activities in the manufacturing site. This work will be for a gene therapy substance which will be compliant for clinical and commercial manufacturing.
Skill / background:
- 8-10 years’ experience in pharma / gene therapy
- Upstream scientist, gene therapy studies
- Technical transfer
- Phase III to commercialization
- Documentation, PFD (process flow diagram), SMEA
- Process knowledge PPQ
- Startup advanced therapy is a plus
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
