Technical Support Representative position with shifting schedule, available for morning, mid, and graveyard shifts.

Work Setup: Onsite Setup | Hybrid upon regularization

Location: Vertiz North, Quezon City

Schedule: Shifting (can work morning, mid, and graveyard shift)

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers

• Handle customer service inquiries

About you

• At least a High School Graduate

• At least 1 year BPO TSR experience

• Good communication and customer service skills
