Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tsugami Swiss CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tsugami Swiss-type lathes and be able to set up, operate, and maintain the machines to ensure optimal performance and production quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Tsugami Swiss CNC machines to manufacture precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine product specifications.
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Make necessary adjustments to machine controls to ensure efficient production.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Monitor machine operations to detect any issues and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
