TTS AI Solutions Architect

Responsible for identifying, designing, developing, and implementing AI-enabled technology solutions to meet business requirements through team and individual efforts.
The role combines software engineering, artificial intelligence, data integration, automation, and business-process understanding. The person works directly with business users to understand how work is performed, identifies opportunities where technology can create value, and translates those opportunities into practical software and AI solutions.

• Meet with business users to understand workflows, problems, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
  
• Identify processes that could benefit from AI, automation, software development, or improved data access.
  
• Research, design, develop, implement and manage software solutions
  
• Testing and evaluating new programs.
  
• Develop software and automation around repetitive or manual business processes.
  
• Develop AI agents and AI-assisted workflows where appropriate.
  
• Identify all cost involved in the life cycle of software solutions.
  
• Working closely with IT program managers to understand enterprise architecture.
  
• Participates in the analysis and composition of requirements.
  
• Develop and test quality assurance procedures.
  
• Evaluate AI technologies and determine whether they actually provide business value.
  
• Working closely with stake holders to identify improvements and environments of software solutions.
  
• Will be required to go to field locations to support operations.
  
• Adheres to RPC policies and procedures.
  
• Adheres to both industry and company safety policies.
