Position: Tube Park Supervisor
Reports to: Lift Operations Manager\Assistant Manager\Night Time Supervisor
Employment: Seasonal/full time.
Job Description
Position Requirements/Skills:
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is considered an asset
- A keen attitude and a willingness to learn
Duties and Responsibilities:
- ·Supervising and mentoring 12-15 staff on a daily basis and reporting any corrective or disciplinary actions to the manager or assistant manager
- Coordinate and manage station assignments, and coverage for meal and rest breaks
- Track daily attendance, monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor Tube hill flow, lane capacity, and queue times to reallocate staff during peak hours
- Handling Guest Inquires, feedback and complaint resolution
- Being out on the hill so you are visible to other staff, participating in work with them so they know you are around and approachable
- Opening and closing tube lanes as conditions change with regards to safety
- Enforce safety rules

Wage: $21.50
