Do you speak Turkish and English and love social media? Join a team in Lisbon that supports content creators and influencers on one of the world's best-known social platforms. You will help them manage their accounts and subscriptions and use the platform's tools to grow.

What you'll do

• Support Turkish-speaking creators and influencers with account, subscription and technical questions
• Explain how to use marketing and creator tools
• Follow up by phone to make sure everything is clear
• Spot common issues and help find solutions

What we're looking for

• Fluent Turkish and good English
• Interest in social media and content creation
• Friendly, clear communicator and a good problem solver
• Open to rotating shifts, 40 hours per week
• Based in Lisbon or ready to relocate
