What you'll do

• Help customers and business clients by chat, email and phone, in Turkish and English
• Solve questions about bookings, accounts, advertising tools and technical issues
• Follow up to make sure every issue is fully resolved
• Work in a friendly, multilingual team

What we're looking for

• Fluent Turkish
• English at B2 level or higher
• Friendly, patient and solution-oriented
• Open to rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday
• Based in Lisbon or ready to relocate
