You will own the Twitter/X account across content community and growth. You will develop the publishing strategy write platform-native posts create visual content, engage in relevant conversations, build creator relationships through direct outreach, identify trends, test growth mechanics, track performance, and refine the account into an effective creator acquisition channel.

- Own the Twitter/X account across content community and growth

- Write platform-native posts
- Create visual content with AI and creative tools
- Prepare creative briefs for complex concepts
- Join conversations and engage with relevant accounts
- Build creator relationships through DMs and other touchpoints
- Identify trends memes and cultural moments
- Experiment with content formats and growth mechanics
- Track engagement and account performance
- Refine Twitter/X as a creator acquisition channel
Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience in social media community management content or a similar role
- Strong hands-on Twitter/X experience
- Experience independently managing and growing a Twitter/X account
- Understanding of Twitter culture algorithms discovery mechanics trends memes and platform nuances
- Excellent written English
- Understanding of internet culture and engagement drivers
- Confidence communicating with creators influencers and online communities
- Experience working with designers and creating clear creative briefs
- Proactive experimental approach and ownership of results
- Ability to work independently
- Comfort working with an adult-focused product and adult content creators
- Knowledge of Twitter-specific growth mechanics
- Experience creating content with AI or other creative tools is a plus
