TX Outside Sales Intern FALL 2026

The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for FALL 2026; Our Fall Commencement Season takes place during the month of December. This is a seasonal position with more opportunities to work with us every graduation/working season. Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. commencement ceremonies).

Qualifications:

• Open availability during our busy weekends
• Valid driver's license
• Provide own means of transportation to our office/warehouse
• Active enrollment in college/university (i.e. Freshman - Senior)
• Open to traveling for extended periods of time
• Reliable and responsible
• Discipline to wake up early
• Stamina to work consecutive long days

Responsibilities:

• Traveling throughout your region to sell various commemorative items/regalia at commencements
• Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
• Working as a team to generate revenue and hit sales goals
• Setting up retail kiosks at commencement venues
• Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
• Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
• Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site

Financial:

• Hourly pay of $15/hour, weekly
• Discretionary bonus for hitting sales goals, lump sum
