Internship Description/Learning Objectives:
| Intern will be supporting customers in person to complete and submit applications, among other needs. Interns will achieve insight into low-income financial assistance processes. |
Job Duties:
| Data entry, application assistance and submission, intake, filing, customer service, administrative duties. |
Preferred Competencies:
| Experience with Microsoft office, experience working in customer service, emotion regulation, professional and interpersonal knowledge and skills |
