Summary
Operates textile machinery to replace and install warp beams, frame new warps, and tie them to existing patterns for fabric production.
Safely perform all duties of the tying-in operator. This includes leasing, hauling, framing, tying, and pulling over.
Preparing the old warp for removal, removing and then installing the new warp beam.
Framing the new warp ensuring all ends are properly located within the lease.
Tying the new warp to the existing pattern using the mechanical tying-in machine.
Pull over the new warp, start up the machine and ensure it is making first quality fabric before returning it to production.
