U70 Transportation Billing Clerk (A1)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Accurately complete Bills of Lading for all outgoing shipments.
2. Interface with carriers and customer service to address questions, concerns and needs
3. Interact with drivers and warehouse personnel in a courteous and professional manner
4. Gather information and prepare truck load report daily
5. Assist with order processing
6. Run the appropriate closing reports daily
7. Serves as a back-up for daily productivity reports
8. Operates material handling equipment to receive, store and ship product

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Computer proficiency
2. Forklift certified or able to obtain certification
3. Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
