UAT 2 - Instructional Learning Designer

As an Instructional Designer at KPMG, you will consult with stakeholders to identify, design, and curate learning solutions.

You will be involved in:

• Working with SME’s and learning managers to identify learning needs
• Developing detailed storyboards, templates, and resources to enable the production of solutions (classroom, elearning, video etc…)
• Managing projects end to end ensuring the successful delivery of projects
• Partnering with developers and vendors to enable learning solutions to be created

To be successful in this role you will:

• Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to work effectively with SME’s
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
• Have experience designing blended learning programs, elearning courses, videos, animations, and other resources

Ideal candidates for this role will bring with them a Bachelor degree majoring in Instructional Design, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or Diploma of Training Design and Development.
