UAT Production Support

Responsibilities:

Review user stories and test plans to ensure that business requirements and scenarios are addressed for system enhancements.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product launches and enhancements based on business and operational requirements.
Support product/ distribution related system enhancements, where relevant.
Log defects/ issues and support issue tracking and resolution.
Conduct live verification and post-implementation checks, where necessary.
Ensure timely completion and proper closure of testing activities within project timelines.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of testing artefacts and related project documents for record-keeping and audit purposes.
Participate in UAT process improvement initiatives and execute/ support review and improvement of workflow and business processes, where relevant.

Requirements

Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in life insurance industry.
Minimum 2 - 4 years' experience in performing UATs and writing/ reviewing test documentation, product UAT experience is a bonus.
Strong MS Excel skills including use of pivot tables and common functions.
