JOB SUMMARY:
The User Acceptance Testing Analyst, with a focus on systems and business intelligence, will support a wide range of business initiatives including leading and determining project requirements, defining project specification, scopes, and objectives, production timetables, time-integrated plans for project introduction and testing support tickets. This position will work closely with many departments to test, monitor, collaborate, prioritize, and create support/IT tickets. This position performs the essential functions of the position, which includes but is not limited to duties as described below:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Determine and define project scope and objectives
· Respond to and coordinate IT tickets/Business Analyst;
· Participate in testing both enhancement and support tickets;
· Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements effectively based on business value, risks and constraints;
· Interaction with IT/Systems, Business Analyst, Regulatory Affairs, UW, Sales/Distribution, Accounting, and
· Claims;
· Provides strategic input and personal insurance subject matter expertise for system implementations of
· project related changes (both routine and large-scale projects);
· Analyzes and recommends system process improvements to the various product processes associated with
· the full policy life cycle (acquisition, retention, service, etc.);
· Data analysis of various source systems to data and business intelligence applications;
· Elicit, analyze, specify and communicate business, system and implementation requirements. Ensure the requirements are unambiguous and understandable by both
business users and solution delivery teams.
