Key Responsibilities
- Review business and system requirements
- Prepare UAT test plans, cases, and test data
- Execute UAT and record defects clearly
- Follow up with IT and vendors for defect fixes
- Coordinate with business users on testing progress
- Support go‑live readiness and post‑implementation checks
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of UAT or QA experience (insurance preferred)
- Understanding of insurance products or policy/claims systems
- Experience with testing and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Detail‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
