Role: UAT Tester SME / TL / TM
Location: Pune
Walk-in Date: 29th October 2026
Shift: US Night Shift
Work Mode: 100% Work From Office

Mandatory Skills:
UAT Testing / User Acceptance Testing
Capital Markets experience in Investment Banking / Wealth Management
End-to-end UAT lifecycle ownership
Requirement analysis and test scenario preparation
Test planning, execution, defect management and retesting
Jira or similar test management tools
Basic SQL and database knowledge
Stakeholder coordination and release risk reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and identify testing gaps.
• Prepare and execute UAT test scenarios and scripts.
• Manage defects, retesting and business sign-off.
• Maintain test evidence, requirement traceability and status reports.
• Coordinate with business, functional and technology teams.
• Take ownership of the complete UAT lifecycle.

Qualification: Graduation required.

Important:

• Capital Markets experience in Investment Banking / Wealth Management is mandatory.
• Hands-on UAT delivery experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must be comfortable with US night shifts and 100% WFO in Pune.
• Flexibility to support critical releases and extended working hours when required.
